A collaborative initiative was undertaken between PYP departments to enhance the quality and consistency of course file preparation. A training workshop was conducted for PSEP and PEP coordinators by Dr. Ishaq Adeyanju Raji, titled “How to Prepare Course Files,” focusing on standardizing procedures related to course documentation, with particular emphasis on Output Assessment Reports.

As part of the workshop, an Excel-based template was introduced to streamline data entry, improve accuracy, and ensure alignment with institutional requirements. The session contributed to strengthening coordinators’ capacity, promoting best practices, and supporting more efficient and effective reporting processes across departments.
