Dr. Mu’azu Ramat Abujiya hails from Nigeria, and holds B.Sc, M.Sc, and PhD degrees in Mathematics from Bayero University Kano, King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, and Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, respectively. He is a dedicated teacher with over 20 years of teaching experience at the University level. His ability to make the subject of mathematics interesting to the students and his knowledge of using modern instructional methods in teaching has earned him several excellence awards. He has contributed quite a number of publications in referred journals and international conference proceedings. His research interests include statistical process control, ranked set sampling, order statistics, and e-learning systems. Dr. Abujiya is married with three children and holds the traditional royal title of Iyan Patigi.
